definitely recommend! 10/10!! ...as far as the gym, classes, and pool goes. 0/10 for the Personal training...had I known that all a Personal Trainer does is stand beside you and Count your reps!! ( I could do that all by myself) I never would have spent $160 for 6 30 minute sessions.... lesson learned!!!
